Kristi Anderson joins Green Team New Jersey Realty
Green Team New Jersey Realty welcomes Kristi Anderson to their team. Kristi brings with her over 18 years of experience. The Broker-Realtor® is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and has Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification. In addition, the 15-year resident of Vernon has a thorough knowledge of the area and local market. But she brings something more. She brings a desire to help people make their real estate dreams come true.
Kristi’s passion for real estate began when she purchased her first home. She found the whole process exciting. Searching for the right house, negotiating, arranging financing, closing… even dealing with challenges that arose inspired Kristi to get her license. She still feels that same excitement when helping clients find the right house. She is able to point out the good and bad, helping them see potential they might be missing. With a good eye for staging, she helps her sellers present their homes in the best light to potential buyers. Her slogan, “Kristi will make it happen for you,” aptly describes her commitment to the clients she serves.
This busy mom of four still finds time to volunteer with the Vernon Township School District’s SCA. She is also a dedicated, hardworking volunteer board member of the Vernon Chamber of Commerce.

Tom Folino – This former teacher is getting straight A’s from his clients
Upon retirement, this well-respected teacher and coach decided to turn his attention to a new career – real estate. When Tom joined the Green Team, Geoff Green said, “There might not be a better person to get into Real Estate in the Warwick market than Tom Folino. A true example of someone who has a huge network, is extremely likable, and always acts with integrity. What people might not know about him is that he is extremely diligent in his follow up and a very smart guy to boot. We are extremely blessed that Tom has decided to join our company.”
Geoff’s predictions are coming true. In his first year as a sales associate with Green Team New York Realty, Tom received an Honorable Mention Award for 2018, for achieving $1.5 to $3 Million in sales volume. And, while awards are good, the true reward for Tom is knowing that he has gone above and beyond for his clients. It’s now the former teacher who is being “graded,” and by the looks of it, he’s getting straight A’s!
A Special Transaction
A very special transaction was with Claire and Nick Previdi. Claire was a former student of Tom’s at Kings Elementary School. They purchased their first home in Chester, NY. Tom was also the listing agent for this home! This property was listed on December 4, 2018, and closed on January 18, 2019.

Kim’s Unique Journey
“Your new home is the foundation in which to hold your family’s dreams, aspirations and visions. And it is my responsibility to find you a personal sanctuary that you can call home.” This is not a responsibility that Kim Lesley takes lightly. The Green Team is delighted to welcome her to their Warwick office. Kim brings her own unique life experiences and aesthetic to the team, and to her clients. 
Kim’s journey began in England. It led her to New York City 28 years ago. A professional working musician, she continues to perform and teach singing. One of the original cast members of Broadway’s “Hamilton the Musical” just happens to be Kim’s daughter, Jasmine. Of course, Jasmine’s first singing teacher was her mom!
Some 24 years ago, Kim began to frequently attend the peaceful environment at Ananda Ashram in Harriman Heights. Furthermore, she leads meditation workshops as the Spiritual Director of her own program in rehab programs and outpatient facilities. Four years ago, she decided to make the move from Brooklyn to Monroe. Her purchase of a home in Orange County led her to become a full-time realtor, helping others to find their new home. “I fell in love with the beautiful Hudson Valley and its mountainous hills and valley. As a result, I wanted to share it with others!”

Kim’s passions have given her special tools that are invaluable in this industry. Launch 2017 Winners – Green Team New Jersey Realty
VERNON -(May 19, 2017) It was two months of “friendly” competition that inspired the Sales Associates of Green Team New Jersey Realty to get back to basics.
Throughout February and March, a variety of fun events helped motivate teams to work hard and focus on their skills. In the end The Grinders, with Charles Nagy coming in first overall, along with Heidi Hyland and Stacey Springer, took home the prizes (gift certificates to local stores).
As Broker Manager Kim Lasalandra explained, “Our Annual ‘Launch Competition’ is part of the Green Team’s continual efforts to motivate, educate and provide a fun working environment for our Sales Associates, which leads to outstanding customer service.”
