Recruit & Earn
When you recruit a new agent to join BHGRE® Green Team, you will earn 5% of the company dollar generated by your recruit.
This 5% commission is for life, meaning as long as both you and your recruit hold your licenses with BHGRE® Green Team, you will continue to benefit from this incentive. This includes if you hold your license with our referral company, Green Team Referral Realty.
Team Commission Incentive (TCI)
At BHGRE Green Team, when the agency wins, every agent wins. The Team Commission Incentive (TCI) rewards collective production: when the agency exceeds its annual Company Dollar threshold, a bonus pool is created and distributed among all qualifying agents based on each agent's proportionate contribution. To qualify, agents simply submit their annual sales volume goal and close at least one transaction during the year. Your payout is delivered as an enhanced commission split at the start of your next cap term. It's not a slogan. It's how this works.
