Krissy Many is incredibly patient, communicative and a wonderful teacher. Krissy provided her mentees with training's, check-ins and opportunities. After "graduating" from HGAR and passing my licensing exam, I joined Green Team and tried to do the "new agent" thing on my own for about a year. Only problem is HGAR doesn't teach you how to write an offer, search the MLS or how to prepare a listing presentation; I quickly realized that there are far too many nuances within real estate and I needed help even knowing where to get started. After a 5 minute conversation with Krissy I knew she was knowledgeable and had the experience to help me further my career. From the day I signed the mentor agreement Krissy answered all of my questions (no matter how silly), scheduled shadow sessions and training's and ensured I felt confident every step of the way.
I am very happy I chose to do the mentorship program. My mentor, Barbara Tesa, is so knowledgeable. She always had examples of situations to share with me when I was working through a situation. She was responsive and receptive to any and all of my inquiries. Barbara really took the time to foster a relationship with me that I am thankful for.
