New agents are given the opportunity to accompany their mentors on various real estate activities, including uptime shifts, buyer showings, listing presentations, home inspections, and marketing events. This practical experience provides mentees with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in real estate transactions. Mentors share their expertise, teaching mentees how to create compelling listing presentations, submit offers and contracts, and navigate the MLS system, among other essential skills.
