By streamlining operations and providing reliable, professional assistance whenever needed, our system enhances efficiency, boosts productivity, and ultimately helps agents grow their business with confidence.

There are many services that are available for agents to help assist with listings.

Automated:

  • All listing updates including For Sale, Under Contract and Sold will automatically be placed on BHGRE Green Team social media channels.
  • Moxi Impress: Once your listing is active, you will receive a marketing package via email from Moxi which will include: Social Media Images, Flyers, Brochure, Property Website, Video Slideshow, Email Postcard, Just Listed Postcard and Virtual Tour.
  • Listing will be syndicated to 175 channels, 29 Countries, 21 Portals, 16 Languages.

There are many services that are available for agents to help assist with luxury listings. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has an entire Marekting Package for the Distinctive Collection. To check to see if your home qualifies, use this link. Additionally, all Distinctive Collection homes must have at least 10 high quality images.
