Christine Burger runs a top-producing real estate business, a BHGRE Platinum Award recipient consistently ranked among the brokerage’s top sales agents alongside Karen Adatto, while raising two sons and holding four active volunteer leadership roles in her community: Treasurer of the Ringwood Chamber of Commerce, President of Ringwood Downtown (the borough’s special improvement district), board member of the Skylands Learning Center, and Treasurer of the Erskine Lakes Beach Club.

The effect of her leadership is visible across town. The group runs recurring community events including the Music in the Woods summer concert series and is relaunching the much loved farmers market. Christine shows up in person for events like Small Business Saturday, handing out totes to encourage residents to shop local.

As Treasurer of the Ringwood Chamber of Commerce, she organizes member events, including a recent evening session on tax strategy for local business owners. She has also taken a hands-on role in the Chamber’s Hygiene and Personal Care Drive, personally staffing a donation collection point at the BHGRE Green Team office for a full week to gather hygiene items for the Center for Food Action, items that are not covered by SNAP or food stamps.

Through her board seat at the Skylands Learning Center, she supports a local preschool with a mission of providing quality, affordable childcare for members of the community. 

What sets Christine apart is scope. This isn’t one cause or one annual event, it’s four concurrent leadership positions across a business chamber, a downtown improvement district, a preschool board, and a private beach club, two of which carry financial oversight responsibility as treasurer, all while running a thriving real estate business and raising a family. That combination of breadth, sustained commitment, and documented outcomes, is difficult to match.
