The Team Commission Incentive rewards the collective production of Green Team Realty. When the agency exceeds its annual Company Dollar threshold, a pool is created and distributed among all qualifying Sales Associates based on each agent's proportionate contribution.

Agency closes 2026 with $900,000 total Company Dollar. TCI Pool = $80,000
Your personal Company Dollar contribution = $90,000. Total qualifying CD = $800,000
Your share % = $90K / $800K = 11.25% | Your TCI Share = $80,000 x 11.25% = $9,000
New cap term starts: you receive +10% extra split on every closing until $9,000 is fully paid
