Nancy Sardo

Nancy Sardo has been listing and selling homes across Orange County, New York since 2005, with a particular passion for new construction that has made her one of the go-to listing brokers for subdivisions throughout the county. Born and raised in Queens, she left the city for Warwick in 1999 and has never looked back. She holds an Associate Broker’s License, an SRES designation, and an ABR, and she brings that depth of knowledge to every transaction, whether a buyer is exploring resale, considering a build, or a seller needs guidance on preparing their home for the market. Nancy has a special fondness for the senior population and has volunteered with Meals on Wheels, reflecting the same care and commitment she brings to every client relationship.

Luisa Figlia

Luisa Figlia is dedicated, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to the people she works with. Her Bronze Award in 2025 reflects a year of consistent effort and strong results for buyers and sellers across our markets.

Colleen Spence

Colleen Spence started her career as a real estate appraiser, giving her a foundational understanding of property values and the buying and selling process that most agents simply do not have. That experience is what eventually brought her to her current path as a real estate agent, where she serves as a true advocate for her clients on both sides of the transaction. Colleen is committed to making sure every client feels guided, informed, and confident, whether the process feels exciting, overwhelming, or a little bit of everything at once.

Antonette Vogel

Antonette Vogel, known as Toni, joined the Green Team in 2010 as the Agent Service Manager, learning the ins and outs of real estate transactions from the inside before earning her license and becoming an agent herself. That behind-the-scenes foundation gave her a unique perspective that benefits every client she works with. Toni brings enthusiasm to everything she does and lives by a philosophy that says it all: educate yourself and make informed decisions.

Linda Van De Weert

Linda Van De Weert has been a resident of Orange County since 1976 and has been helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate for over eight years. She originally came to BHGRE Green Team as a property manager for Green Team clients, and the team’s energy, work ethic, and commitment to personal attention inspired her to get her license. In 2018 she earned membership in the Green Team Captain’s Club with over $3 million in sales volume, a milestone that reflects the dedication she brings to every client relationship.

Joseph Mackey
