When Tammy Scotto joined the Green Team in 2014, she brought with her 15 years of local real estate experience. Prior to her interest in real estate, Tammy had been employed as a Sales Force Liaison for Seiko Corp of America. There she interacted with the sales force in the field and resolved customer service issues. She credits husband, Chris, with inspiring her to become a real estate agent. The year they married he suggested that getting a real estate license would provide the flexibility needed for her to stay at home and raise their family. It turned out to be the perfect situation for Tammy and her family. Her patience, pleasant attitude, enthusiasm and the ability to communicate clearly and with a high degree of professionalism were all traits of successful real estate agents. Her close attention to detail and hard work on behalf of her clients translated to most of her sales coming directly from referrals. During those first 15 years in the business, working part-time while raising a family, Tammy sold millions in real estate.Though real estate started as a flexible career to enable Tammy to raise her children while utilizing her background in customer service and working with sales reps, it became her passion. She especially loves first-time home buyers, taking them through the process from beginning to end. With her children growing, Tammy decided it was time for a change. After meeting with Geoff Green and hearing everything that the Green Team offered in terms of training and support, Tammy knew she had found the perfect match.Since joining the Green Team there has been no stopping Tammy. In 2017 she achieved Captain’s Club status for selling between $3-5 Million in real estate for the year.
