Nancy Sardo has been listing and selling homes in all of Orange County, New York since 2005. Her experience and eye for detail allows her to see the potential in resales. She devotes her time and endless energy to making sure she does her best for each client. Nancy has earned her Associate Broker’s License, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). She is committed to staying on top of changes and trends in the real estate market, and to ensuring her clients the best possible experience as they buy, sell, rent or build their home.
Nancy is passionate about new construction. Her experience working with both builders and clients building their dream home has earned her the opportunity to serve as listing broker for many subdivisions throughout Orange County. Nancy keeps up to date with new building codes and their impact on current and planned building designs and costs. She also keeps costs in mind as she guides the client building a dream home through the process. She walks the buyer through, from beginning to end. From the first meeting with the builder, through financing, selecting finishes and upgrades, making sure that requests are done in timely fashion to coordinate with the numerous tradespeople… Her goal is to make sure the experience of building a home is positive and goes as smoothly as possible for all concerned.
Born and raised in Queens, Nancy left the City for Warwick in 1999, where she and husband Denis raised their two children, The kids attended and graduated from the award-winning Warwick Valley School District and Nancy, a former Medical Assistant, volunteered with the Cub Scouts. She has a special fondness for the senior population, and cherishes the time she has spent working for and volunteering with the elderly, including Meals on Wheels. She made the transition to full-time real estate 14 years ago, and has never looked back.
