She was fantastic very patient and helped all along the way. She took us on multiple house tours until we found the perfect place for us. She walked us through the entire process. Recommend inspectors and even after we closed she has still helped us with different trades. We could not be happier with her as our realtor and would recommend her to anyone

Kristi went above and beyond even with irregular circumstances popping up, i.e. needing a ride to the lawyers officers, an any other happenstance that may have come up. It was a long process with alot of obstacles but even with all rhe hiccups all parties are happy. Thanks for all your hard work Kristi.

Kristi is the best realtor anyone can ever ask for. She is super patient and tries her best to get a house that fits you and all your needs. She always responds right away if you have any questions or concerns. She helped me find 2 homes she went above and beyond to make sure we are OK she is awesome and amazing if I had to go through this whole process of buying a house with Kristi I will do it 100 more times she is the best realtor we will use her for all of our future house hunting needs.

She is very knowledgeable in the area and does well on fallow up in process including al necessary inspection . She helps find right attorney and coordinate with other agent to help selling or buying process. Big help finding mortgage sources. And even finding right constructor if something has to be done on house .

Kristi did an amazing job in helping us find our first home. As first time buyers, she answered all of our questions and was patient with us for our year long buying process. She also educated us on short sales and foreclosures. She was flexible to meet with us as late as we needed, and always reminded us of things that needed to be done throughout the process. We will definitely use her again in the future!

Kristi was very helpful in our quest to find a home in NJ. We were moving from Indiana so we didn't have any familiarity with NJ. While our original search was for a home, we eventually changed our minds and purchased a condo. She was very helpful with showing us condos in the same area we were searching.

If I could rate Kristi at 10 Starr I totally would. As first time buyers she broke down the process for us to make it easier to understand. Then she went above and beyond choosing houses that would fit our needs to go look at. This lady is on top of her game and does whatever is needed to find you a great home! 1/6/2020 Kristi was extremely helpful, she negotiated with the numerous offers that came in within 5 days of listing, she helped work with buyers realtor to resolve home inspection issues, set up appointments to meet our schedule and understood that our dogs would always be present during the inspections. Kristi kept us notified of delays with closing. If not for the delays in buyers financing this would have been the easiest closing ever for us. Thank you again

If there is a realtor you ever need- THIS WOMEN IS IT.!!! I cannot even describe how amazing she was to us and how quickly she turned things around for us and our crazy schedule. She continuously went out of her way to show us new listings, in one day we saw close to 10 condos and she was prepped for each one (amazing may I add yet again)!! Not only did she show us places but if we needed anything - Lawyer / Inspector / loan creditor anything she gave us a list for each one with recommendations and went out of her way to make sure we understood all the steps of buying our first home. She followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed and when we reached out (Not kidding I was texting her everyday) she answered instantly. All in all she was amazing and we are truly grateful for how easy she made this process for us.

Kristi was able to meet me after normal working hours, which was a great help and she referred numerous properties for me to look at. The purchased home was a foreclosure, there were no real negotiations with the bank, which is why 'Negotiation Skills' is not rated.
