A lifelong Sussex County resident who spent his early years in Wantage before settling in Vernon four years ago, Brandon has worked the Vernon Valley real estate market for all three years of his career. He knows the trails, the neighborhoods, the lakes, and the community the way only someone raised here can.

Now he is bringing that local fluency and a natural talent for connecting with people to BHGRE Green Team at the Vernon office.

Rooted in Sussex County

Brandon grew up in Wantage, NJ and has lived in Vernon for the past four years. His family is in the area, his work is in the area, and the outdoor spaces he loves most, the trails, the parks, the golf courses, are all right here.

That is not a coincidence. It is a choice he makes every day by staying.

From Customer Service to Real Estate

Before real estate, Brandon worked in customer service at a local golf resort, an experience that shaped how he approaches every client interaction. He learned to read what people need, make them feel at ease, and turn what could be a stressful experience into an enjoyable one.

“I have always enjoyed meeting new people,” he says. “I enjoy helping people and making their experience fun and exciting.”

That instinct carries directly into real estate, where the ability to listen, communicate, and keep clients calm and informed through a complex process is what separates good agents from great ones.

His personal experience as a share owner of an investment property also gave him a firsthand look at what it feels like to be on the buyer side of the table. It made an impression.

“I really enjoyed the experience,” he says. “It definitely inspired me to want to help people have the same experience when they purchase property.”

Outside of Work

When Brandon is not working, he is usually outdoors. He plays golf, hikes the local trails, and gets out to concerts whenever he can. The natural beauty of the Vernon Valley is not just a selling point he mentions to clients. It is something he genuinely seeks out on his own time.

He also has two dogs, so he understands the “is there room to run?” question better than most.
