Meet Sarah Muniz, Joining BHGRE Green Team at the Warwick Office

Sarah Muniz has spent her career in roles that share one common thread: people.

As a personal trainer, she helped clients push past their limits and reach goals they did not think were possible. In her corporate work at a Fortune 50 company, she built client relationships at scale. Now, as a new sales associate with BHGRE Green Team at the Warwick office, she is channeling that same energy into helping people find a home they love.

A Background Built on Relationships and Results

Sarah comes to real estate with a varied professional background that gives her a genuine edge. Her time as a personal trainer sharpened her ability to listen, motivate, and stay focused on what each individual client actually needs. Her return to corporate gave her a broader view of client relations, communication, and the discipline it takes to perform consistently in a demanding environment.

She is currently working toward a BA in Business Finance, deepening her understanding of the financial side of real estate transactions and giving her clients the benefit of someone who takes the numbers seriously.

“I am diligent, have effective communication skills, and enjoy the art of sales and negotiating,” she says. And it shows in the range of experience she brings to the table.

An Eye for What Makes a Home

One of Sarah’s most natural strengths as a real estate agent is something that cannot be taught: she sees potential.

“I have an eye for aesthetics and can find beauty and opportunity in all homes,” she says. That perspective matters enormously, especially for buyers who may walk into a space and struggle to see past surface-level details, or sellers who want to position their home in the best possible light.

Her personal interests in architecture and interior design reinforce that instinct. She is genuinely drawn to the way spaces are designed and how they feel to live in, which translates directly into thoughtful, informed conversations with every buyer and seller she works with.

Rooted in Greenwood Lake

Sarah lives in Greenwood Lake, NY with her husband, in a home they own together. She is part of the local community in a real way, worshipping at Highlands Bible Church in Vernon and living the kind of life in this area that her clients are often looking to find.

That local presence matters. When she talks about what it is like to live in the Greenwood Lake and Vernon area, she is speaking from her own experience.

Outside of Work

When she is not working, Sarah stays active and engaged. Fitness and nutrition are a big part of her life, a natural extension of her years in personal training. She also enjoys stationery and is currently in one of the most exciting chapters of her life: she and her husband are expecting their first baby. And keeping them both very entertained in the meantime is her Weimaraner, who she is absolutely obsessed with and will happily talk about at any given moment.
