What the Mentorship Program Is

The Mentorship Program pairs newly licensed agents with experienced Green Team agents for one-on-one guidance. It’s built for the gap between getting licensed and building a business.

You don’t learn by watching a slideshow. You learn by doing the work next to someone who has done it hundreds of times. Mentees join their mentors on uptime shifts, buyer showings, listing presentations, home inspections, and marketing events.

When something comes up that you haven’t seen before, you have a direct line to someone who has.

What You’ll Learn That the Exam Didn’t Teach

The licensing course covers the law. Your mentor covers the job. Through the program, you’ll get hands-on practice with:

• Running a listing presentation from start to finish
• Showing homes and presenting to buyers
• Writing purchase offers and entering listings in the MLS
• Preparing a comparative market analysis (CMA)
• Negotiating on behalf of your clients
• Handling inspections and the tough conversations that come with them
