Thirteen Agents. Thirteen Different Ways of Building a Following.
Every year, BHGRE’s Marketing Award recognizes agents who go beyond simply listing homes and build something people actually pay attention to. This year, thirteen Green Team agents and teams earned a nomination, and each one got there a different way.

Vikki Garby
Vikki Garby has been nominated for BHGRE’s Marketing Award, and it’s easy to see why. She’s put real, consistent work into building her online presence, post after post, with a personal brand, Vikki Garby Real Estate, that shows up across every listing, price update, and sold announcement. It’s proof that a personal brand and a team brand can grow side by side.

Kristi Winkler-Anderson
Some agents post about their listings. Kristi put hers on a billboard. Kristi Winkler-Anderson’s approach to building a personal brand goes further than most, professional video content, a consistent digital presence, and an actual outdoor billboard reading “Kristi Will Get You Moving.”

James “Jimmy” Cosenza
Meet “The GoodCloser.” James Cosenza built a persona nobody scrolls past, and behind the humor is a smart strategy: sharing BHGRE’s own tools, webinars, and brand content with his audience, so every piece of company content gets a second life through his page.

Ruth Inoa-Wehrman
Most agents see square footage. Ruth sees potential. As a licensed contractor and interior designer in addition to a Realtor, Ruth Inoa-Wehrman markets homes through a lens most agents don’t have, with bilingual reach across Passaic, Bergen, Morris, Sussex, and Hudson counties widening who she can serve.

The Hometown Realty Team (Karen Adatto & Christine Burger)
She was her agent. Now she’s her partner. Karen Adatto once helped Christine Burger buy a home. Today, they run The Hometown Realty Team together, and their content, from a weekly real estate terms series to hyperlocal Ringwood guides, has earned them this nomination.

Patrick Taylor
He took the training. Then he actually used it. Patrick Taylor learned Stories and music through Green Team’s social media sessions, and stuck with both. That follow-through, paired with his consistent presence in local Facebook groups, earned him a nomination.

Colleen Spence
One year in Ringwood, and she’s already Ringwood’s agent. Colleen Spence built her entire brand, Call On Colleen, around one idea: she doesn’t just sell homes here, she lives here. That hyperlocal approach earned her a nomination in her very first year with the team.

Vanessa Wight
The best growth story isn’t always the biggest one. Vanessa Wight wasn’t always active on social media. Then she built a full content calendar, listings, a Friday Fun Fact series, community moments, and turned that consistency into a nomination.

Thomas Folino
Once a coach. Still a coach, just in a different arena. Thomas Folino’s marketing is inseparable from who he is, community roots, championship energy, and a personal website so strong it became the template other agents now use.

Antonette “Toni” Vogel
No pressure. No polish. Just Toni. Antonette “Toni” Vogel built her brand around being exactly who she is, septic inspections and all, and it’s resonating. Her authenticity and a 96% client recommendation rate earned her this nomination.

The Judy & Rosie Team (Judy Longo & Rosie Thompson)
Two agents. One voice. Always filming in real time. Judy Longo and Rosie Thompson market the way they work, together. Their in-the-moment videos and a featured BHGRE Agent Spotlight helped earn them a nomination this year.

Nicole McCormick
Her whole pipeline, in one glance. Nicole McCormick’s collage-style recap posts show every sold, under contract, and rented property at once, a format as clear as her message: buying a home is one of the biggest decisions in a person’s life.

Kellie L. Fischer
20+ years in, still posting like it’s day one. Kellie Fischer blends real numbers with real humor, closing out Q1 2026 with 8 closed sales and over $3.7M in volume, all while staying unmistakably herself.
Congratulations to All of This Year’s Nominees
What ties these thirteen stories together isn’t a single format or platform. It’s consistency, and a willingness to show up as themselves, whether that means a billboard, a persona, a weekly educational series, or simply refusing to stop posting after a slow start.
Congratulations to every nominee. We’re proud to see this much creativity coming out of one team.
