Now a resident of Warwick, Ann Marie’s knowledge of Orange County has expanded. She has worked with buyers and sellers throughout both counties. Ann Marie is well regarded in the industry. Ann Marie Hahr is the proud mom of four adult children and a very proud grandmother of four. Son Joseph is a physical therapist living in Arizona. He is married with 3 children: Ryan, Taylor, and Mason. Ann Marie’s other son lives in Florida, and is married, and has a daughter Gianna. Her daughter Krystina lives in New Windsor and is with the NYPD. And daughter Alyssa lives in Warwick with her parents.
Naturally, she understands the needs of a growing family, as well as the process of downsizing. Ann Marie is committed to finding each client their dream home!
Making the move to Green Team
Ann Marie had worked at another brokerage for the majority of her real estate career. She became interested when one of her colleagues made the move to Green Team. However, she had been watching market reports and saw the company growing at a steady rate. She knew she wanted to be part of that growth.
