On Wednesday, May 18th, Green Team Realty agents attended the Annual Circle of Excellence Extravaganza Ceremony hosted by SCAR. This event is held to recognize and celebrate Realtors® who have achieved outstanding results.
The 2021 Circle Of Excellence Awards Levels Are as follows:
- Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
- Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
- Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
- Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units”
Most noteworthy, this is the first year Green Team New Jersey Realty has had a sales associate in each of the four categories.
Green Team New Jersey’s NJ Realtors® Circle Of Excellence® Sales Award® Recipients Are:
Keren Gonen is the first to reach the Platinum Level for more than $20 million in sales.
Kristi Anderson achieved Gold Level, with over $12 million in sales.

- Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
- Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
- Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
- Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units”

Keren Gonen takes the Gold
Keren Gonen is in the top 20 of all agents in Sussex County, with $17.8 Million in sales in 2020. In addition to receiving the 2020 Gold Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Keren also became a member of the Green Team MVP Circle, for over $10 Million in sales.
Kristi Anderson takes the Silver
Kristi Anderson joined Green Team New Jersey Realty in 2019. That year, she became a Captains Club award winner with $3-$5 Million in sales. Now, with $10.8 Million in sales, she is in the top 1.7% of all agents in Sussex County for 2020. In addition, she was named to the Green Team MVP Circle.
And the Bronze goes to…
Since opening its doors in September 2016, Green Team New Jersey Realty has had a steady showing at the Circle of Excellence award ceremonies. In fact, most of the 2020 recipients have received awards in past years.
And this year, Charles Nagy, Ted Van Laar, Alison Miller, Barbara Tesa, and Heidi Hyland are joined by Pam Zachowski.

When you put 2020 into perspective in terms of the pandemic, the stop caused by the pandemic, then the massive influx of NYC residents to our market territory, it’s really an exhausting picture. You will not find a more capable group of Real Estate professionals.”
Green Team New Jersey Realty’s 2019 Circle of Excellence Award Recipients
There was a lot to celebrate at the NJ Realtors Awards luncheon on March 4, 2020. New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® recognizes members who have demonstrated excellence in salesmanship. And, just as in years past, several members of Green Team New Jersey Realty were recognized.

Green Team New Jersey Realty’s Circle of Excellence Award Recipients were all smiles as they accepted their awards.
Silver

Charles Nagy and Theodore Van Laar received Silver Awards for $6.5 million and 20 units minimum. This is not Charlie and Ted’s first time receiving Circle of Excellence Awards. Since 2014 they have been in the Circle of Excellence multiple times. And since the creation of Green Team New Jersey Realty, this is their 3rd consecutive year.
Bronze
Further, receiving the Bronze Award for $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, were: Barbara Tesa, Kristi Anderson, Keren Gonen, Alison Miller, and Heidi Hyland. Unfortunately, Heidi was unable to attend the awards luncheon, but her co-workers/friends made sure that she received her award.
A History of Achievement
Most of these Sales Associates from Green Team New Jersey Realty have received Circle of Excellence Awards in the past. In addition, this group of high achievers received additional awards at Green Team Realty’s 2019 Awards Ceremony. Charles Nagy, Ted Van Laar and Karen Gonen received the President’s Club Award. That was given for achieving a sales volume of $5 to $10 Million. And the team of Charlie and Ted was awarded Yearly Sales Leader. Alison Miller, Barbara Tesa, Heidi Hyland and Kristi Anderson received the Captain’s Club Award, for $3 to $5 Million in sales volume. Ann Nussberger and Cathie Witte, also shown in the photo below, received Honorable Mention for sales of $1.5 to $3 Million. It’s not surprising that Green Team New Jersey Realty is #1 in Vernon. And this is the result of both sales volume and units sold.
Pride at the Green Team New Jersey Realty Table
Geoff Green, President of Green Team Realty, and Amy Green, Vice President of Mortgage Lending, Guaranteed Rate, celebrated with the award recipients. And the pride they took in the Circle of Excellence award recipients was obvious. This was an occasion to celebrate achievement – and friendship. A true circle of excellence.

With eight of its sales associates receiving the New Jersey Realtors® Bronze Circle of Excellence Award, GTNJR couldn’t be prouder! The recipients are: Kristi Anderson, Keren Gonen, Alison Miller, Charles Nagy, Ann Nussberger, Joyce Rogers, Barbara Tesa and Theodore Van Laar. And they happily displayed the awards which recognized their hard work and achievement.
Geoff Green, President of Green Team Realty, was in attendance at the April 4 Awards Luncheon. “What makes the number of Award recipients especially outstanding is that it represents almost half of the associates in our Vernon office. It also represents an upwards trend from six Circle of Excellence Award recipients in 2017. I fully expect to see the number of recipients continue to rise.” Kimberly Lasalandra, Broker Manager of Green Team’s Vernon office was also on hand to support the recipients. “Since we first opened our doors in 2016, we have been attracting dedicated, hardworking real estate professionals who share a common goal of providing excellent customer service. Having so many recipients of the Circle of Excellence Award proves that the systems we have in place and the people we attract are a formula for success. I look forward to seeing how many recipients we have in 2019!”
